China has unleashed an unprecedented crackdown on Christians – imprisoning a pastor and 30 church elders for boldly standing for Christ.
The Chinese communist government targeted Christian Pastor Ezra Jin, an underground church leader and father of U.S. citizen children. He hasn't seen his children in over six years.
Their only "crime" was worshiping freely outside the Communist Party system by joining the underground church. They courageously chose allegiance to Christ above pleasing the communist, atheistic government.
The situation is dire. These imprisoned Christians will be forced to endure torture, hard labor, and could even disappear forever.
The ACLJ is standing with these brave Christians, calling on Congress, the White House, and the U.N. to take action against China. President Xi must face pressure to release Christians brutally imprisoned.
We have fought successfully for a persecuted pastor in China before. We are activating our global efforts in Washington, D.C., Europe, and at the United Nations.
No pastor should be behind bars for their faith. Time is of the essence – take action with us and join in the defense of Pastor Ezra Jin.
